including profiling, the right to the portability of personal data, as well as the right to lodge an application
to initiate proceedings before the supervisory authority. Where the controller processes personal
data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject shall have the right at any time to
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect
the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

9. Obligation to provide personal data
The data subject provides his or her personal data voluntarily, on the basis of consent
(the provision of which is not a legal/contractual requirement), in the event of failure to provide them
